Jones and pseudo-Jones fractures

Transverse fracture through the proximal 5th metatarsal , not involving the articular surface in favor of Jones fracture. There is also tiny fracture line transverses the base of the 5th metatarsal bone, reaching the articular surface, consistent with an avulsion fracture also known as pseudo-Jones fracture.
