Jugular schwannoma

The pars nervosa of the jugular foramen is expanded by a vividly enhancing well-circumscribed mass that extends down along the expected course of the vagus nerve.
Case Discussion
The features are most consistent with a jugular fossa schwannoma. Unfortunately, whether this was proven histologically is uncertain.
