Painless right orbital swelling and proptosis over last few months.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Large, well-defined, right extra-conal mass in the position of the lacrimal gland compressing the ocular muscles. No signs of inflammation or bone erosion. Associated prominent neck nodes. 

Case Discussion

Lacrimal gland lymphoma is rare, usually confined to the gland and low grade. Occurs in older patients. In this case, the diagnosis was confirmed on gland biopsy.
