Diffuse enlargement of the right lacrimal gland is noted measuring about 1.5x2 cm along its maximum axial dimensions, causing mild proptosis of the right eye globe and smooth scalloping of the lateral orbital wall with no underlying osseous destruction or periosteal reaction. This is suggestive of a lacrimal gland benign neoplasm.
Case Discussion
This case may represent a lacrimal gland neoplasm and probably benign in nature. Although, diagnosis is not confirmed.
