Large fronto-temporal arachnoid cyst
The patient complains from headache and seizures attacks for about past ten years.

A large CSF intensity, extra axial lesion in the left anterior and middle cranial fossae resulting extrinsic compression over the left fronto-temporal lobes, mild effacement of the left lateral ventricle and midline shift of approximately 5 mm toward the right side.
No connection of this lesion with the ventricular system.
No post contrast enhancement or diffusion restriction.
Arachnoid cysts are mainly small and asymptomatic, but when significantly large, they can cause symptom due to in mass effect which can be either direct neurological dysfunction or obstructive hydrocephalus.
