Large well-defined lobulated right ovarian cystic lesion measuring 120 x 110 x 70 mm of high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat, T2 shading sign with no peripheral enhancement seen on postcontrast sequences.
No evidence of subperitoneal endometriosis.
Left ovary not visualized (history of ovariectomy).
Normal appearance of the uterus.
