Large rectal polypoid adenocarcinoma

Presentation

Workup for pelvic pain and chronic constipation.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Large polypoid mass is noted at the rectum accompanied by perirectal fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 12 mm. 

At least six hypo attenuating lesions are present in the liver, which show early peripheral enhancement and become isodense with surrounding parenchyma on delayed images. Additionally, a small non-enhanced cyst is evident at the segment IVa of the liver. 

A few non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 30 mm. In addition, a 4 mm stone is noted at the upper calyx of the right kidney. 

The prostate gland is enlarged.
