Presentation

Elbowed to the neck at footy. Coughed up blood. Now hoarse voice.

Patient Data

Age: 19 years
Gender: Male

Soft tissue swelling of the left ary-epiglottic fold extending into the left piriform sinus, left true and false cords with gas bubbles passing from the laryngeal lumen into the soft tissue of the left vocal chord, dissecting anteriorly between the inferior thyroid and cricoid cartilages.
