1 month post twisting knee injury

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Small joint effusion. Alignment is normal. The lateral projection demonstrates a deep sulcus terminalis of the lateral femoral condyle (deep lateral femoral notch sign).

Case Discussion

The patient went on to have a MRI which showed an ACL rupture.
