Presentation

Assaulted at pub. Sharp left upper back and shoulder tip pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Left shoulder

x-ray

There is an apical left sided pneumothorax.

No widening of the left AC joint when compared to the contralateral side.

No fracture of the left clavicle or glenohumeral joint identified.

No malalignment at the left glenohumeral joint.

No displaced rib fracture on the left identified within the field of view.
