Incidental finding in a young patient with nasal obstruction.

A well-defined opaque lesion within the infundibulum of the left frontal sinus.

Case Discussion

Osteoma is a common benign tumor of the paranasal sinuses usually found incidentally. It occurs in the frontal sinuses in 80% of cases.
