Presentation

Dehydrated, confused, previous history of coronary artery disease.

Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Female
x-ray

Infradiaphragmatic cardiac apex and elevated left cardiac border denoting left ventricular enlargement. Linear calcified opacities projected over the left heart border suggesting a left ventricular aneurysm.

Case Discussion

Differential diagnosis would include left ventricular pseudoaneurysm which has a more narrow neck.
