Presentation

Known case of leprosy for last 20 years. Finger deformity in right hand. Deformity in left foot.

Patient Data

Age: 45 yrs
Gender: Female
x-ray

Concentric bone loss , reduction of length involving 5th metatarsal bone; sparing base.

Subluxation at 5th metatarso-phalangeal joint.

A soft tissue nodule along tibial ( medial ) aspect of forefoot.

Known case of leprosy shows licked candy stick appearance of 5th metatarsal bone.
