Case Discussion
The features, in this case, are those of a Charcot joint (also known as a neuropathic or neurotrophic joint), which refers to a progressive degenerative/destructive joint disorder in patients with abnormal pain sensation and proprioception.
This patient was diagnosed with leprosy many years prior to this presentation.
