The icing sugar (or sugar coated) enhancement pattern within the brain, is typical of leptomeningeal metastases, most commonly observed with lung and breast primaries, aside from those with a CNS primary.
Staging CT of the chest revealed a T4 left upper lobe tumor with associated pulmonary metastases
