Abrupt occlusion of abdominal aorta 10 mm below renal ostia.
Celiac axis, SMA, renal arteries patent.
Non-enhancement of iliac arteries.
Enhancement of common femoral arteries noted.

Aorto-iliac occlusive disease presenting with Leriche syndrome.
The underlying cause in the patient is uncertain given the demographics.
