A rounded well-defined extra-axial dural-based lesion that is related to the left lesser wing of sphenoid bone and displays intermediate signal intensity on T1 and T2 with strong enhancement after contrast administration.

A rounded homogeneous hyperdense mass on lesser wing of sphenoid with marked enhancement on postcontrast.
