Ligated common hepatic duct during cholecystectomy

Significant dilatation of intrahepatic biliary channels is noted to the level of common hepatic duct where abrupt complete obstruction is noted.
There is a round fluid intensity structure beneath the level of obstruction.
No dilatation of the common bile duct or pancreatic duct is seen.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent laparotomy and ligation of the common hepatic duct was confirmed.
