Increased thickness of the scalp with marked expanded subcutaneous fat layer, (which measures about 14mm in thickness).
NB: empty and expanded sella.

Thickening of the fatty tissue in subcutaneous layer of the scalp, suggestive of lipedematous scalp causing apparent enlargement of the head.
