Incidental lesion found on pelvic X-ray after motor vehicle accident.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Geographic lucent lesion with a sclerotic border in the neck of femur. It contains 3 well defined foci of matrix calcification. No pathological fracture. The hip joint is normal.
