Asymptomatic patient, potential kidney donor. Frontal abdomen radiography part of an intravenous urography for transplantation protocol. Incidental finding.

Gender: Female
x-ray

Frontal abdomen film, in pelvic cavity is observed a calcified structure with morphology similar to a fetus.

Urinary bladder is filled with contrast.
