Frontal abdomen film, in pelvic cavity is observed a calcified structure with morphology similar to a fetus.
Urinary bladder is filled with contrast.

The calcified structure in the pelvic cavity represents a lithopedion.
The lithopedion a.k.a. stone baby is the calcification of a fetus that occurs in an abdominal ectopic pregnancy.
