Known prostate cancer under antihormonal treatment. PSA elevation >25 ng/ml.

Patient Data

Age: 75
Gender: Male

T2-hypointense prostate cancer with invasion beyond the capsule (left lateral and basal), infiltration of both seminal vesicles and the bladder wall, including the trigonum. Tumor obstruction of the right ureteral ostium.
