Long head of biceps tendon dislocation

Symptomatic side : Medial dislocation of long head biceps tendon is noted with intact subscapularis tendon.
Bilateral shallow ( < 3 mm depth ) bicipital groove is noted.
No dislocation of long head biceps tendon is noted on asymptomatic side.
Case Discussion
Bilateral shallow ( < 3 mm depth ) bicipital groove is noted.
Symptomatic side : Medial dislocation of long head biceps tendon with intact subscapularis tendon.
Asymptomatic side : No dislocation of long head biceps tendon
