Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Post operative laminectomy changes noted at the L4-5 and L5-S1 level.

The right-sided L5 transverse process appears enlarged and dysplastic. No underlying pseudo arthrosis. These features suggest a type 1a lumbosacral transitional vertebra.
