Acute myeloid leukemia. Cough and fever.

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Right lower lobe posteromedial subsegmental collapse with two adjacent lung cavities containing fluid and air content, suggestive of lung abscesses. Mild right pleural effusion.

Left lower lobe linear fibrotic changes. Mild left pleural effusion.
