Mass in the left upper lobe perihilar region.
Undisplaced fracture of the base of the acromion (seen 'through' the humeral head) on the film.

Review an imaging study in its entirety. Pathology may present outside of the immediate system being investigated. Be a holistic and responsible clinical radiologist - alert this kind of study to the referrer to ensure timely investigation.
This mass was a lung cancer on CT imaging of the thorax.
