Patient Data

Age: 70 years old
Gender: Male

CT Chest

Lung mass in the apical segment of the right lower lobe, adjacent to the pleura, without transgressing  clearly the limits of fissure. Enlarged pretracheal lymph nodes were observed. After injection of the contrast medium, the mass enhances heterogeneously. Calcified nodules in the right lung, with aspect of residual granulomas. Heart and great vessels of normal appearance. The visible portion of the abdominal organs are with no significant alterations.

 Lung tumor in apical segment of right lower lobe, with mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
