Accessory ossicle distal to ulnar styloid known as a lunula.

Base of 4th metacarpal bone fracture. 

Case Discussion

A lunula is an accessory ossicle of the wrist which lies distal to the ulnar styloid as opposed to an os triangulare which is typically located more radially.

The lunula may be difficult to distinguish from an old ulnar styloid process avulsion injury.
