Presentation

Primigravida for 11 to 13 weeks 6 days scan.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

There is a single live intrauterine fetus with growth corresponding to the gestational age. The right adrenal gland appears to be lying down. The right kidney is located in the pelvis close to the urinary bladder. There is mild fullness of the right renal pelvis without calyceal fullness. The left kidney is normal in its location.

The rest of the fetal examination was normal.
