Presentation

Painless left lower neck swelling.

Thin walled fluid-filled cystic lesion, without soft tissue component or calcification, is seen at left supraclavicular fossa.

Case Discussion

Features on the CT scan are most likely consistent with lymphangioma which is a benign lesion of vascular origin showing lymphatic differentiation.
