Nodular and irregular thickening of peribronchvascular interstitium and interlobular septa are seen in both lungs. Multiple metastatic nodules also are noted.
Case Discussion
The CT findings in a 60-year-old male with a known history of thyroid papillary cell carcinoma are consistent with lymphangitic carcinomatosis.
