65 year old lady with Sjogren syndrome, for follow up

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral, symmetrical reticular opacities are noted. Lung volume preserved. No pneumothorax. no pleural effusion. Normal cardio-mediastinal contour. 

Bilateral, variable sized, pulmonary air cysts. No pneumothorax. No pleural effusion. No pulmonary nodules.

10 years follow up shows stable thin walled pulmonary cysts scattered through both lungs
