Presentation
Double incontinence after a fall.
Patient Data
Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.
Lytic lesion involving the sacrum. The main differential diagnosis is between primary bone tumors versus a metastasis.
Anterior mediastinal soft tissue mass lesion. The lesion is encasing the major vasculature. The appearance is highly suggestive of lymphoma.
Diffuse abnormal marrow signal and enhancement centered in the left sacrum.
Increased uptake in the sacrum.
Case Discussion
Unfortunately, the patient went against medical advice, and a biopsy was not done for the lesion. However, the presumed diagnosis of lymphoma was entertained.
