Widespread markedly avid lymphadenopathy above and below the diaphragm. Mildly avid spleen with reversed hepatic splenic ratio. No extranodal involvement.
Stage IIIS disease.

Previously seen avid lymphadenopathy has resolved. Small volume non-enlarged nodes demonstrate uptake less than mediastinal blood pool.
New bilateral pleural effusions.
Deauville 2 - complete metabolic response.
