Lymphoma - mediastinal

The mediastinum is widened with the mass shown to be in the anterior mediastinum.

A hypovascular mass is present in the anterior mediastinum. Centrally there is a fluid attenuating component. No fatty component visible. It displaces and encases structures without compressing them.
