Gender: Male
x-ray

Avulsion fracture of the dorsal aspect of the base of the distal phalanx of the 4th finger. 

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with mallet finger, a triangular avulsion fragment at the insertion of the common extensor tendon on the dorsal aspect of the distal phalanx.
