Mandibular fracture

Minimally displaced fracture of the right mandibular body with overlying soft tissue contusion as well as non-displaced longitudinal fracture of the left mandibular ramus extending to base of left coronoid process.
Case Discussion
The point to remember in assessing mandibular fractures is that the mandible is considered a ring, so it's commonly fractured in more than one site, especially bilaterally, with the fracture pattern seen in this case (body on one side and ramus / angle on the other side) being a common combination.
