Pelvic pain and ovarian mass on ultrasonography.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

MR reveals left ovarian mass located posterior to the uterus and extending to the rectouterine pouch, with fat-fluid level, internal septation, and central Rokitansky nodule.
