Presentation

Primary amenorrhea

Patient Data

Age: 17 years
Gender: Female

The uterus and upper 2/3 vagina are not visualized. Both ovaries are normal in size, containing small follicles wilh mild effusion in Douglas pouch.

On ultrasound exam (not shown) both kidneys were normally located.
