Medial clavicle fracture

CT shows a fracture of the medial third of the right clavicle, which is displaced anteriorly. Sternoclavicular joint is also subluxed.
Case Discussion
Medial third fractures are relatively rare 5% -6%, and are generally associated with other thoracic injuries particularly with posterior displacement or dislocation of the medial component.
