Left internuclear ophthalmoplegia.

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Diffusion restriction of the left medial longitudinal fasciculus (MLF) in the midbrain with associated T2 hyperintensity.

Case Discussion

The patient presented with a left internuclear ophthalmoplegia. MRI demonstrates restriction (infarction) of her medial longitudinal fasciculus.
