Medullary nephrocalcinosis

Clusters of calcification around the corticomedullary junction of both kidneys are observed. Multiple non-enhanced simple cortical cysts also are seen at kidneys, less than 20mm in diameter.

Typical appearance of renal medullary nephrocalcinosis which is the commonest form of nephrocalcinosis and refers to the deposition of calcium salts in the medulla of the kidney.
