Large anterior cranial fossa mass that arises from the olfactory grooves, demonstrates prominent spoke wheel vascular supply and CSF cleft sign.
Case Discussion
Typical appearances of a large anterior cranial fossa meningioma (where they can grow to an impressive size with limited symptoms). The diagnosis was confirmed histologically.
Note that despite the CSF cleft being filled with CSF it does not usually attenuate on FLAIR, presumably due to trapped solutes.
