4cm length nail entering from right temporal bone into the brain. Note blood in subarachnoidal spaces around the foreign body.

After surgery nail was removed. But intraparenchymal hematoma is located in operation lodge

Different types of foreign bodies can be seen in the brain. In this case, a nail was impacted by trauma. An operation was done to take the nail from the brain. Luckily everything finished well for the patient
