Note on the mammogram how the upper outer quadrant dense lesion is smoothly well defined on the CC view but has slightly spiculated margins on the MLO view.

Histology shows a metaplastic carcinoma.
This alternating appearance of spiculation between the CC and MLO views may even be seen on a single image and is apparently highly suggestive of metaplastic carcinoma.
