Presentation
Known case of metastatic lung cancer post chemo/radiotherapy for follow up.
Patient Data
Left upper lobe anterior segment speculated soft tissue mass lesion with underlying lateral costal pleural thickening. It shows matrix calcifications. No evidence of rib destruction or chest wall invasion.
Right adrenal hypodense soft tissue mass lesion is noted measuring 3 x 2 cm in diameter, likely metastatic.
The liver is of average size with diffuse low CT attenuation, denoting fatty infiltration. Few tiny non enhancing hypodense foci involving the left hepatic lobe segment IVb, may be liver cysts, requires follow up.
Circumferential urinary bladder mural wall thickening, likely representing cystitis.
Bilateral renal stones.
Bovine arch and left vertebral artery originates from aortic arch (normal variants).
