Metastatic parotid squamous cell carcinoma, presented following fall with new lower limb neurology.

Metastatic deposit within the T12 vertebral body. There is extension into the epidural space with displacement of the spinal cord to the left. There is possibly minor T2 high signal within the cord inferior to the lesion. There is a degree of canal stenosis, further lesions are noted within the right transverse processes of L2 and L3.
Signal abnormality in the right lobe of the liver, for further assessment.
