Presentation

Shortness of breath and fever. Recurrent chest infections on a background of cystic fibrosis.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Airspace opacification in the right middle and lower zones, abutting the horizontal fissure superiorly. The right heart border is preserved. Upper lobe tubular densities radiating from the hila. Minor tram-track densities in the left lower zone and right mid zone.
