Case Discussion

Miliary tuberculosis represents hematogenous dissemination of uncontrolled tuberculous infection and carries a relatively poor prognosis. 

It is seen both in primary and post-primary tuberculosis and may be associated with tuberculous infection in numerous other tissues and organs.
