On the enlarged views (not magnifications but on-screen 250% blow-ups) centered on the fibroglandular tissue of the left breast, one can see milk of calcium sedimentation in many tiny cysts as rounded smudges on the craniocaudal (CC) view, teacup-shaped foci (i.e. shaped like a segment of a circle) on the lateral view due to cyst-milk of calcium levels, and something in-between on the the mediolateral (MLO) view, with some showing levels on the MLO view as well.

Case Discussion

Milk of calcium in breast cysts is quite a common finding on mammography and is a reassuring feature of benignity.
